Ok! this just sharing and my thought of that title."Who's the better ruler."
No offense, i loves both cagalacus and i will never stop loving them because 4 heroes n heroin are mine! XD. but, to be honest, im cagalli no 1 fans.
there's a review-critique and comment about both character for who's the right and better world rulers. and almost Gundam fans will choose Lacus, because her side always justice and her view are more matured than cagalli. beside, Lacus is kind-gentle and what so ever. Any other word, she's kinda perfect.
Here i am, i'd shared my thought with my friend who loves lacus-sama, and she said, even though Lacus is good and all fan saw her as righteous person as a ruler, she still Prefer Cagalli as a better ruler. i like her comment, especially how she described cagalli enough to impress me as Cagalli lover.

in the end, i love my friend! she's right, i guess~
yeah- i know there's a lot of cagalli haters too. but, obviously, she's right. from this time, i saw one big thing in Cagalli. her characteristic suit for her who burdened with heavy responsibility. only she can accept all those thing. she actually the strongest character in Gundam Seed and Destiny. okay, we have Kira Yamato, the protective brother and warrior in battlefield. but, he cant always hold the pain of war eventhough already taste it. Athrun Zala, who wanted to changed his father view, in the end, trapped between trust and betrayed and thats make him saw everything in the wrong way eventhough the proves always before his eyes. Lacus? not much thing to say because she's hiding to live peacefully. Only Cagalli cant run from her responsibility. since Seed until Destiny, She still there with her view. till the end.
hum..actually i dont even know if you could understand what exactly i want to post. it just my thought getting messed up. and ....hell..
what ever, off topic and my POV, both are better ruler than male. only Uzumi Nara Attha deserve ahigh salute for male leader. Patrick Zala? no- destroy all naturals and believes they are the strong and only deserve to live. Murata Azrael? that foolish? nah- know nothing accept his ego. Hell.
